Karl founded Access Financial Services with a dual purpose: to give customers the level of service that is genuinely lacking in the financial industry, and to train enthusiastic new mortgage brokers to maximise their potential. Innovation is key — Karl keeps his finger on the pulse to ensure customers always receive the right advice on the market. Together with Ali, he built Access from the ground up with one goal in mind: exceptional, honest financial advice for every single customer.

Mortgage Sales & Marketing Director
Nick is a seasoned financial services executive with nearly 30 years of UK mortgage & specialist lending experience. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles, including directorships in distribution and marketing, with a focus on business growth, retention strategies, and supporting mortgage intermediaries. He currently serves as the Mortgage Sales and Marketing Director at Access Financial Services, where he leads the mortgage division and manages the company's marketing, branding, and positioning.
